Do you make woodworking art pieces on commission?

We are honored to make a special piece for you on commission. Please get in touch with us to discuss your particular need.

What is your return policy?

We love it when our customers are satisfied. Before shipping we ensure that each piece is in pristine condition and properly packaged for maximum protection. If somehow the piece arrives damaged, please do contact us immediately (within 5 business days) to discuss steps for returning the item to us and receiving a refund.

Do you make pieces in mass production?

No, all of our products are custom designed and built by John.

Where do I view your products in person?

With the current COVID situation we are not participating in any art shows at this time and the studio is not accepting visitors. If you are in the Phoenix area, or planning a visit, contact us. We will find a way to arrange a contact free viewing. We are also happy to face-time or zoom with you!

Can I purchase an item online and pick it up in person?

Yes, we can arrange a contact free delivery by appointment.

Do you offer a discount to the Design Trade?

YES - we love working with designers. Please contact us for the discount amount.
